The London to Brighton Challenge is back, and bigger!
Take part in this incredible 100km marathon over the May bank holiday weekend, either by walking, jogging, or running!
Take the challenge either independently or with a team, in your quest to raise vital funds for the charity of your choice! Last year together, we raised a total of over £1 million for UK charities. It’s time to raise even more!
We provide full pre, during and post-event support to ensure you have all you need to complete it. If you’re dedicated and committed to making a difference, then this is the biggest stage to do it. Achieve this unique challenge, which is so internally rewarding, as well as helping others most in need.

On Sunday 7th October Kentwell will hold its inaugural cross country challenge, The Kentwell Fun Runs.
Have you be inspired by Britain’s fantastic summer of sport? If so, this event offers the opportunity to explore the beautiful Kentwell estate whilst getting some hearty exercise.
We will have three races – the 5k Jog, the Estate 10k and the short and sweet Avenue Dash a 1k race from one end of Kentwell’s ancient lime avenue to the other.
These runs are for all levels of ability, from seasoned runners looking for an interesting course to those new to running races. Under 18’s may participate but must race with a legal guardian and must have their guardian present when registering on site.
Prizes will be awarded for the fastest man, woman and child in each race as well as the fastest adult and family team (calculated by accumulated time scores).
The timetable of the day is as follows:
9.30am – Competitors arrive and register
10am – Warm Up
10.30am – 5k Jog and Estate 10k begin
11.45am – Warm up for Avenue Dash
12 Noon – Avenue Dash
All entrants will be treated to drinks and cake upon the lawn (or nearby, depending on weather!) afterwards. Additional food and drink will be available on site for spectators to purchase.
All competitors will need to complete an entry form as well as buying tickets in advance (there will be no tickets available on the day). Entry forms must be returned to Kentwell by 1st October, and are available to download at our website, www.kentwell.co.uk.

This years Men’s Health Forum Scotland (MHFS) 10k is due to take place at Bellahouston Park, Glasgow on Sunday 17th June 2012.
This will see the MHFS 10k for Men reach it’s 7th year in Glasgow and with every year, the event becomes more and more popular. It’s held each year on Father’s Day and it’s aim is to raise awareness of men’s health issues in Scotland and to encourage men to take part in healthy physical activity all year round.
Last year around 4,000 men of all ages and abilities from throughout Scotland took part and we hope to encourage even more men to take part in 2012.
