People & Picture Houses – Centenary Walk
Join Bernard Kennedy from Living Streets for a gentle Guided Tour through the area around Thwaites Empire Theatre. Visit the buildings that pre-date the theatre, the homes of the founders, and get a feel for what has made the building the place it is.
The walk lasts 90 minutes and sets off from the Thwaites Empire Theatre. There are stops and refreshments along the way but we suggest suitable footwear, an umbrella, and a drink for the walk.
