As part of the Pops 09 season in Liverpool, McFly will play the Liverpool Echo Arena on SAturday 11th July.
McFly have had seven number one singles and two number one albums. Frontman Tom Fletcher recently made chart history when McFly’s last single topped the chart, marking his 10th number one in the British Hit Singles Chart, having written more number one hits than U2, Queen and Robbie Williams (all before the age of 21)! This includes 3 hits that he co-wrote for Busted.
Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter are now set to release their “GREATEST HITS†album on 5th November which will be preceded by a brand new single “THE HEART NEVER LIES†on 22nd October and complemented by a Live DVD released on 3rd December.
